In its very short history, Dynamic Energy & Water Solutions has proudly recorded a few milestones, which are significant to us as a new company… one that was merely an idea at the start of 2010.  Building on a strong foundation with equally committed partners, we look forward to a bright future.

Very early in the new year, we installed the all-new 3rd generation PHSI 3i-M dispenser at Sheraton JBR in Dubai.

Two (2) 3i-M bottle-free dispensers were installed in the staff cafeteria, where hotel employees are now enjoying cold or hot purified and freshly Ozonated drinking water with their meals.

Sheraton hotel decided to go bottle-free after a brief and successful trial period in December.  It was a quick decision after experiencing all the benefits and advantages of Making the Switch, including the Carbon footprint reduction, elimination of bottle storage, logistics and other hassles of deliveries and billing, improved health and hygiene, and of course, considerable cost savings.

In early December, DEWS installed the all-new 3rd generation PHSI 3i-M dispenser at The Cove Rotana resort in Ras Al-Khaimah.  The hotel became our very first customer in that Emirate, in what we hope will be a new geographical growth area.

Two (2) 3i-M bottle-free dispensers are now “stylishly” serving purified and freshly Ozonated drinking water in the staff cafeteria, while four (4) 3i-M units are spread throughout the staff accommodation building, one serving each floor.

The management and staff are now enjoying the many benefits and advantages of bottle-free water, including better health and hygiene, elimination of bottle storage, logistics and other hassles of deliveries and billing, considerable reduction in Carbon footprint, not to mention the significant cost savings.

November marked the entry of our latest generation of PHSI dispensers to the Qatar market.

Two (2) elegant Black 3i-M bottle-free dispensers have replaced the unsightly 5-gallon water bottles in the staff cafeteria at the hotel, and are now serving purified and freshly Ozonated hot and cold drinking water to employees and management.

The Wyndham in Doha decided to follow the example set by its sister hotel and one of our early adopters of this Greener  and more eco-friendly alternative to bottled water, the Ramada Plaza – JBR in Dubai.  Now that they’ve been weaned off the plastic bottle, employees are reaping the many benefits of bottle-free water, which include a healthier and more hygienic source of water, the virtual elimination of bottle storage, logistics, deliveries and other hassles of handling and billing, coupled with an appreciable reduction in CO2 and measurable cost savings.

More and more hotels are starting to recognize and appreciate the advantages of PHSI bottle-free drinking water dispensers, particularly in their staff dining facilities, accommodation quarters, as well as in-house health clubs and spas.

During the first half of the year, DEWS has installed high-end PW1M dispensers at Ritz-Carlton, Four Points by Sharaton, and Marriott hotels in Dubai, pointing to rapid growth in this market segment and doubling our hospitality customer base.

PHSI dispensers are now serving purified and freshly Ozonated drinking water in the staff cafeterias, where consumption is highest and the other advantages of bottle-free water are most significant. These benefits include, among others, better health and hygiene, considerable reducation in Carbon footprint, elimination of bottle storage, logistics and other hassles of deliveries and billing, not to mention the considerable cost savings.

Gold’s Gym, a leading international fitness center chain, has recently adopted PHSI bottle-free drinking water dispensers for use in their health clubs and offices, which will eventually replace bottled-type dispensers and fountain coolers.

This initiative began in April 2014 with the installation of the first five (5) PHSI high-end dispensers in a number of Gold’s Gym health clubs in Dubai, and is planning expanding their use in all their clubs throughout the U.A.E. in the next few months. Future installations will feature the all new PWT 3i-M model just launched in the Middle East.

Making bottle-free drinking water, which has been Oxygenated at point-of-use by ozone injection, available to its club members, Gold’s Gym is in fact offering them a healthier and fresher alternative to bottled water. In addition, the company is enjoying the considerable advantages of this eco-friendly initiative, and adding Green to its corporate colors.

With the increase in the number of customers and installed base of PHSI dispensers in 2013, DEWS will begin reporting the Carbon footprint reduction by all users quarterly and annually.

In the 2 years since we started marketing and selling PHSI water dispensers in the Middle East, we have helped our U.A.E. customers avoid nearly 250 tons of CO2 emissions by Making the Switch to bottle-free drinking water.

This Carbon footprint reduction is calculated as the combined effect of the quantity of fuel consumed to make the plastic bottles, treat the water at the bottling plant, transport and distribute the bottled water to stores, homes, and businesses, as well as the final disposal or recycling of the plastic containers.

Those customers who also adopted our Retap glass bottles are seeing even greater savings by avoiding the use of plastic cups, frequent washing of glass cups, and the associated waste in water, plastic, or other non-reusable containers.

Having  most recently Made the Switch to bottle-free drinking water, Ramada Plaza Hotel became our latest hospitality customer to adopt our PHSI dispensers in various locations at the JBR property.

Ramada chose the PW1M advanced-technology dispenser with Activated Oxygen Injection for disinfection (using Ozone), with DEWS supplying and installing two (2) of the units in the staff cafeteria, one (1) each in the fitness center and management offices. Ramada also opted to sign a 3-year maintenance contract with DEWS for trouble-free service of the dispensers.

Practically all of Ramada’s staff and management now enjoy the benefits of bottle-free drinking water without the adverse environmental effects and other hassles associated with plastic bottles – delivery, storage, lifting, cleanliness, tracking and billing.

The Oberoi, a distinctive, contemporary and luxury hotel in Business Bay, Dubai, is owned by Rani International Development Inc.  The company has lived up to its CSR commitment and proactively implemented a series of initiatives. The first of initiative was to choose eco-friendly PHSI bottle-free water dispensers over conventional bottled water coolers. Since the hotel became fully operational in June, a total of 38 PHSI dispensers have been installed in various locations at the hotel and throughout its staff house in al-Quoz area.

The switch to bottle-free and Carbon footprint reduction was further emphasized when the company decided to adopt the use of refillable Retap glass bottles supplied by DEWS.  The bottles were distributed to all members of its staff, rendering the staff accommodation buildings virtually plastic-free.
